I made a sourdough starter tonight. Not even sure if I can eat that much bread on this deficit, nor how many calories are in a slice of sourdough bread. I used a 1-1 ratio of wholemeal strong bread flour and filtered water, so hopefully it's got a good fighting chance at life. If it lives, I'll name it. But what? Oppenheimer? Maybe.
