i've got so much real life coursework to do. oh well. added a quotes page for some of the random bits i have about my pages and want to share (+ their source material). i'd make such a good archvisist. sigh. i think i'll try and work on my men demodes page next, but i'll probs have to do it in a list of names with individual links instead of how i initially wanted to do it - this doesn't help with my other galleries but alas.

added some film stuff to the site, so that page is now active. i'm making my way through the easier stuff now - and i say that like i didn't attempt to code my men demodes layout, and then give up after a day or two cause i couldn't figure out hover effects or flex boxes LMAO. it'll probably be the base of my music and picture galleries too, though, so i'll have to make it half decent. in terms of the rest of the site? call me jaquet fucking droz the way i'm automating shit.

i'm boutta bust. z-index has saved my ass CRAZY STYLE!! couldn't get the scroll boxes or chat or links to actually work even though i could SEE THAT THEY SHOULD. they were actually just being blocked by my spaghetti-code divs. that would be a good band name. spaghetti code. anyway, a lot of stuff should be fixed now. more to come soon. i love primus.

damn. ain't NOTHING!!! working!!! i don't think the chatbox works, these graphics i've added are embedded in a fuck tonne of JANK! girl. idek. i made a pastel version of this site because i don't like having to stick to the black and white - i'm anticipating this coming to bite me in the back especially when i eventually add the galleries and stuff. it's just an easy way to make things look neater. wuteva. i'll figure it out.

just realised i haven't saved my code since i started like 6 hours ago. my computer crashed twice earlier today too LMAO. i know we're pretty bare bones right now, but i'll probably obsess over this for a couple weeks then never touch it again. maybe restart from scratch months after i've already forgotten how to code in any sense. you know how it is. BUT this is the first of around 6 websites that I've made that I've actually bothered to learn how to use a flexbox or grid for. i have hope this time.
